A sea run blitz is an experience every die-hard trout fisherman should experience at least once. Can you imagine large schools of native trout (read hundreds)
smashing pods of baitfish on a shallow grass flat while sea-gulls wheel above? This is not of course a daily occurrence, but for several weeks of the season it is not uncommon. |

Mostly, from June to Nov. anglers can expect to see a dozen or so fat trout from 12 to 19 inches and the occasional salmon.
This is highly visual fishing for an amazing sub species of trout.
I run these trips from an 18-foot Lund Alaskan with plenty of room for two anglers to cast at the same time. |
